PE Zipper Extruding Machine/PE Zipper Extruder is used to produce PE zipper.

l         Material of screw and barrel: Alloyed high-quality steel 38CrMoAlA with optimum  hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision finishing and nitrogen treatment

l         Gear box: Surface heat quenching and tempering /auto. Oil lubricated

l         Automatic temperature controlling system

l         The extruder is cooled by blower automatically.

l         The motors are adjustable in speed.

l         Including water-cooling tank made of stainless steel
